Spur healthy competition by allowing agents to see where they rank against each other for key Insights, KPIs, and OKRs and any other connected data point. If appropriate, Contact Centers can make leaderboards anonymous or displayed by specific teams.
Awards
Supervisors and Admins can manually give agents a digital badge or award based on their own criteria. These awards can optionally include bonus Points and/or Coins with them. Agents see their awards in their profiles.
Achievements
Rules based “set and forget” Achievements are earned by hitting target goals. Achievements can be earned multiple times and include daily, weekly, monthly, or streak-based goals. For example, an agent can earn an achievement for hitting 1,000 total calls or another for 10 consecutive shifts with Green Schedule Adherence. Like with Awards, Achievements can include bonus Points and/or Coins when earned.
